Greetings to all...

Reading some rumblings about a financing.....Seen some numbers as high as 5 million units as low as $5.50...

Oooooooo..!!!...Them #'s don't seem to make much sense right now...Not with what's happening... Manhattan would seem to be holding most of the "aces" at this point in their program...

If, in fact, they really do need financing at this point in time, seems to me they should be looking at a "minimal" financing, e.g., 1 million units at the most...Just something to carry us for a couple of months at the very most...Ergo, "minimal" dilution also...Also would take us into further drilling on the Oxide Cap...Any such units would be sucked up quicker than a hemorrhoid in an ice bucket...

Hell, I figure that the chances of TG-6 and TG-7 being mineable VMS deposits are quite good...Then there is the additional Au & Ag to be realized from further drilling of the Oxide Cap...If such is the case, then the stock should appreciate considerably...Then you add in additional value because of the fact that the take-over scenario would then come into play...

The company would then look at any offer(s) and make a decision, one way or the other...If we don't like the offer(s), or, if none are made, we go for another "minimal" financing as necessary...As the stock would have appreciated accordingly, we could be looking at 1 - 1.5 million units...Once again the result would be "minimal" dilution....

Appears we are getting into "ball-squeezin' season", folks...And it shouldn't be the MAN"s balls that's bein' squeezed, if you get what I mean...

Sounds like one of them there "Win-Win" situations to me...

Or am I missing something here...??.

Regards....Ray
