Well this is a brief outline of what I found out today from my conversation with Toronto office. I
will post it here and on GEBNF as well as PLA.NET.
Shwartz and Company is investing 35 million US in pla.net, this info should be on their site, I have
not had a chance to check though(I'm sure they would not be investing this amount unless they
expect to see a profit!)
They are working on a sponsorship with a BIG BRAND NAME ISP (cannot disclose yet)for
PLA.NET. My understanding is that because 90% of buying is usually done locally this BIG
BRAND ISP will give the local sales to PLA.NET, who will be the local free guy at the library etc....

At the Georgian site the June 30 '99 financials will be posted once audit is completed by Coopers
Lybrand.
Georgian owns 90% of PLA.NET, Georgian has no debt.
I still feel the Georgian shares have better value but PLA.NET is more sexy so it could have
greater value in the short term until more people catch on to who in fact owns PLA.NET.
