Investors might have been scared off by this: quote.bloomberg.com Also noticed Class A convertible preferred shares listed on balance sheet at 80 times value of common. Have no idea what it means, and no time to check now. Whenever I see a YTD chart like this I think "floorless convertible" but I have no idea what has caused this recent 70%+ decline in price. If you know why, please tell. Thanks, Jerry
