<i<>Well taht may have had something to do with McVay's way of picking a target,
James, I had heard, at the time, that the ATF was storing weapons and ammunition in the Murrah building that weren't supposed to be there, (proximity to 'civilians') which added to the 'fertilizer' bomb's damage. So they put a big fence around the site, tore down what was left of the building, bulldozed it and that, was that.
And whatever happened to John Doe #2? I suspect he was an informant, which implys 'prior knowledge'. (for somebody, FBI? ATF? OKCPD? OHP?).
IMO that whole deal just stinks, and there are a lot of other people that think so too. Conspiracy?? or just someone NOT doing something they should have done.
I agree with you about the CIA. Didn't George Bush pass some domestic law so the CIA could work in the US? I seem to recall that the 'bill of goods' was that they could be used in industrial-espionage-busting capacity. Among other things. And what about that 'black budget'? They'd tell us how much it was, but they'd have to kill us! Terry. |
