Gary, I think you miss the politics of an exclusive agreement. The reason for the ORXX stock decline IMO was because of the non-exclusive arrangement, a perfect short. Orex is committed to pay royalties for every molecule of metal recovered. Exclusive locks others out by trade laws recognizing HABE's right to the process, however I'm no lawyer. Patents never "teach" everything necessary for optimal commercial success. There is also the "art" and development refinements with optimization. HABE best protects its "secret sauce" by restricting the number of producers, an exclusive with Orex makes sense because it protects both ORXX and HABE's interests IMO. Check out KO and other "secret sauce" companies and their business agreements. PS, hey I could be wrong. PPS, sorry to be so long winded. <VBG>
