Hello Junaidi,

I did attend the annual meeting and reported on it earlier (post 4623). The intentions announced at the meeting were to terminate activities in Indonesia. Antares apparently tried to find partners for Ojolali but were unable to attract any interest. The company was selling off any mining/exploration equipment on the site in preparation for a complete pullout.

In discussions with Bob and Tony de Werth I suggested that they hang on to the properties just in case there is a turnaround in gold in the near future as their only current expenses to maintain the property were a few thousand dollars a month. Once a COW is granted, however, there is an immediate need to infuse $500,000 plus and ANZ was not prepared to do that.

Since there has been no announcement of abandoning the property, perhaps they have decided to hang on to it for now as they were unable to get anything in return.

What do you know about developments locally. Why are there no Aussie companies interested in picking up the pieces at Ojolali. If you can help scare up some interest, the company could still decide to continue with Ojolali if it could be done at minimal cost.

Caussa will now focus on low cost and quick development possibilities offered by alluvial diamonds in Africa and the financial news advisory service as announced previously. The objective is to make CAU finanically self sufficient as financing for gold ventures is difficult to find and impractical in any case at current share values.

I know nothing about Coleville.

I can't believe what is happening in East Timor. Another example of ethnic cleansing of a helpless population by a anti democratic militarist government.

Why is this your last post? I think CAU has a bright future with practical, money conscious and savvy management. I was impressed by Tony de Werth and others associated with the company. Don't give up just yet.

All the best,

Gabe
