I heard that WML mgt. was also caught unaware of takeover talk. They were in Toronto doing a road show when the news hit. I wonder if they flew home? Anyway, with 13M shares issued to a group of founding investors (many with BKP ties) there may be no reason for WML mgt. to know. Then again... I suspect if there wasn't some truth to this we would get a denial at some point today from someone other than an anonymous source. All the best.
