But, but, but inflation is dead. So why do they have to give raises out??? Maybe those congressman can't afford their DC apartments any more. hohoho

BTW- I sat across from Senator Dick Lugar (R-IN) on the plane wednesday. He is a real nice fellow in person. That is probably why he didn't get anywhere in his presidential bid in '96.
