Taken out Canadian Certicom (CIC) board:

*.... and Puma are important customers. Check the web-sites for these companies, exciting stuff.*
* The WAP .... can be quite large.*

My cut on the conference call.

- Royalty revenue, they really do not know, embedded wireless is easier to get a per unit royalty, so it will still come in, but they have no idea when. The WAP security WTLS toolkit can be quite large.
- Maintenance revenue should continue to grow

Great questions asked on the revenue visibility in the back ended sales world. Sales force is very small considering the overall number Avantgo, Aether and Puma are important customers. Check the web-sites for these companies, exciting stuff.of employees. I guess they want a vp for each individual on the sales force <vbg>. I am concerned that they are going for the up front money so they can make the 30 % growth each quarter and that the deals are not optimally structured.

Overall, probably the best conference call that they have had in terms of sharing on the business model. I must not be the only when screaming at them.

The talk regarding NASDAQ seems more serious, my guess six months maximum.

Also, I bet MSFT and SUN are not far off.

Just my thoughts
Frank
