Not to rain on anyone's parade but I'm pretty versed in RF and I'd like to point a few things out.

Their technology is feasible but impracticable in most situations. One thing they neglect to mention - very few homes would likely be within the "line of sight" necessary to carry a 2.4 GHz signal unless you put a giant 100' tall lightning rod in their back yard. Another problem is that the 2.4 GHz ISM band is limited to a maximum of 4W ERP (output power + antenna gain) for unlicensed usage thus I think you're only looking at an approximate maximum range of about 6 miles to those who can get a line of sight shot at one of the central antennas. This also means that you'd have to have a network of "cells" to cover any sort of area and antenna sites are at a premium.
