David, We are on the same page on this. I'd really like to know just how many options St.Dennis walked away from and their exercise prices. Unfortunately, Group VP's at AMAT are not high enough in the food chain to be listed in the company's proxy filings. What we really need is to hear from someone who is intimately familiar with AMAT's management structure and compensation plans. Still hoping.... Best regards, Jim
