I'm no attorney either but ORXX has paid all monies and even the HABE people's expensises and are about to prove the HGP works and have Public media cover it. Once this done and referenceing their open door aggreement, any mining assocation scenario will have been contract through the efforts of Orex. Not HABER and Orex is entitled to a piece of the pie. Haber is going to be extremely limited on doing another deal without Orex and without an exclusive is merely a death lock which is why I am accumulating ORXX and not HABE.

Haber and his greed will be his waterloo. He cannot capitalize of OREX's promotion and investment without allowing them (Orex) to recover from their efforts.

Haber and Warren both have told that anyone Orex amkes contact with Orex has the deal through the open door aggreement.

Is not Orex's promotion to the industry and proving the HGP, making contract that was paid exclusively by Orex? Orex could have an exclusive already once this promotion is done.

Think about it.
