HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 10, 1999--Directors of Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ) have declared a $0.02 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 20, 1999, to shareholders of record on September 30, 1999.
