<< 2nd round funding for the startups - and the cash infusions that would come in with that. >> Sector, awhile back I recall info posted here to the effect that MRVC either owned, or owned the option to acquire (presumably through additional investment) majority ownership in the 3 start-ups. The source of 2nd round funding for them is not clear to me, nor the effect that that funding would have on MRVS >50% stake. Would this funding come thru private placements to venture capital firms? What happens to MRVs stake? Dilution below 50% and potentially, at least, loss of control? BP
