Company Posts 143% Revenue Increase Over Fourth Quarter 1998;
Surpasses $1 Million in Quarterly Revenue

(OTCBB:TSIS - news), a leader in customized interactive voice response (IVR) services, today reported unaudited quarterly revenues of $1,085,698, for the fourth quarter ended July 31, 1999, with quarterly earnings anticipated to be the best ever.
These unaudited results represent a 143% revenue increase over the same quarter of 1998, as well as a 19% gain over revenues generated in the third quarter of 1999. The company's audited annual revenue and earnings will be announced in October, 1999. The unaudited quarterly numbers do not reflect or include any audit adjustments or reclassification adjustments.
