Ausdauer...here is the word I get:

1)I think they can get more fab space, although at a cost.

2) They are squeezing such high royalties out of some companies that they should be able to cut a deal to trade royalties for capacity.

3) I'm pretty sure that most flash does't use .18 micron (b/c of the process used to make flash), so you don't need the latest fabs. This may be changing as people are demanding higher density flash and the engineers figure out a way to make flash operate reliably at smaller line widths. Anyone know what they are using now.. .25?

4) Even if SNDK can't get enough supply, it will make a killing off the royalties as other mfg's crank up the volume.
