Question for the experts:
Does somebody has the correct answer ?
Thanks for help

I have heard that if you put a big block sell ( all or none )
ar a high selling price such that the order is not going
to be executed in the near future
( however I would not mind if it is ! ),
shares cannot be borrowed anymore for short selling,
such that it would force short sellers to cover
Is this true or not ?
:)
