If you know you are telling an untruth you are a liar. I have seen and heard from two sources (NBC, PBS) the crimes of which the PR's were convicted. None of them was violent. PBS listed them and stated that they were not violent. I rely on these reports. If it turns out that I have been misinformed, I will admit it, but under no conditions can I be considered a liar because I have a good faith, informed belief in these reports. If the liars will simply state that they have inquired and have a good faith belief that the prisoners are murdering terrorists, I will be pleased to withdraw my labeling of them as liars. Until I hear from them I will consider them liars.
