All BKP has to do is hit, and they'll come knocking on SOP's door with the bucks...The guy getting drained is usually the benefactor from the "drainor"... In this case BKP will be paying SOP... ABA/SOP property could have been a holdout piece from way back...Lottsa those little guy's sneak in amongst the bigger guy's in the mining industry, why not the O&G industry... Most of SOP's directors are ex Occidental Oil & Gas Corp higher up type of guy's...One would think they knew what they where getting into and what the possible ramifications would be...One would also think that they wouldn't have pursed a deal of sorts ont the ABA property, if there was no benefit either to themselves or the company... But then again, what the 'ell do I know...I'm always doing something for nothing...<GGG>... ...ed
