Any idea what the price per share that Shwartz and Company are paying? I saw the News release announcing their intent but nothing to say that the Company had received the money and issued shares. News sounds really good. would not be surprised to see an equity stake to the ISP since the ISP probably can guess that both Georgian and Pla.net stock price would soar on such news.
