I had three separate buy orders put in at the ask and each time the market seemed to walk around my bid. I expect a lot of stop losses kicked in as the market dropped below $4 and then quickly recovered. This is an unfortunate reality of the market.

A question of ethics? - If today was the pricing (closing) day for the proposed PP is it conceivable the purchaser(s) of the PP walked the stock price down in order to get a better value on their investment.

I'm getting tired of this up and down movement. I wish they'd hurry up and close the Placement/get the NASD listing so we could have an orderly market.
