I first bought this stock at $20 in about '90-'91 time frame. It looks like we're seeing a
little activity the last few days. Do you think it might be ready to break out? I thought I
would have a chance to buy at 2.50 this fall, because the additional offering was about
2.50 (?) but it hasn't gone down that low in awhile.

I also bought my first 100 shares back in 1992 for about 16. But I have significantly added to my position in the 3-4 range over the last year. My avg price is a little over 3 1/2. MY opinion is that ALLP price (given the product potential)along with most development stage biotech companies is depressed for a number of reasons, which have been beaten to death in the press.

I continue to be a believer in the stock inspite of their setbacks, non of which have been product related. The recent increase in activity is probably dut to the following events that are expected to happen in the fourth quarter:

1. NDA for Imagent should be filed late Sep / early Oct.
2. An announcement for Oxygent Phase III trials in the US should happen soon (seems like it is taking for ever)
3. A development and marketing partner for Oxygent should be announced before year end
4. Finally, there should be some announcements on the PulmoSpheres product.

I don't know if waiting for a further buying opportunity for a stock that trades in the 3 - 3.5 range makes sense (esp. if you believe that the company has good technology).
