they are audited, but not fully reporting (to SEC) yet with growth rate of 33% and using that as a PE on the $400k ytd earnings and 30m shares outstanding that is 1.33 cents per share times 33 equals 44 cents per share so on trailing earnings we are fairly valued on future earnings, $318k this quarter times 4 or $1,272m for the next fiscal year that is 4.24 cents per share and on the same PE (no growth)that is $1.40 per share pricing once the 10SB gets filed (10-11/99) and then the next quarter numbers come out TSIS should start showing up on "radar" screens and we could get some price action
