Jim, on MIGR, check out this e mail to shareholders from 3 weeks ago.

Notice the activities planned for the first week in September-

MIGRATEC UPDATE AUGUST 24, 1999
The following is a copy of the e-mail sent to Stockholders on August 24, 1999:

Greetings from MigraTEC Information Services. As you have seen from our last several E-mails, we?re trying to get you the latest information on the things happening here at MigraTEC. The following is a brief summary of our sales strategy and the client channels that make up that strategy.

To date the MigraTEC sales model has focused on developing relationships with large "delivery organizations", allowing MigraTEC to leverage the already existing customer base and the sales and marketing infrastructure. We define "delivery organization" as those companies that are providing the marketplace software application development, application maintenance and/or Year 2000 factory services.

Companies such as E&Y and KPMG who routinely develop and install custom applications, as well as packaged applications, are very interested in complimenting this capability by offering an application migration service. Assisting their clients with a server consolidation strategy and/or an application upgrade to the 64-bit technology is an activity that compliments existing services, while providing a competitive differentiator.

IBM Global Services and EDS are companies that invested heavily into developing significant Y2K infrastructures and are now faced with having to collapse these facilities or find other services to provide to their customers. Both companies have indicated to us that a very natural fit would be to begin offering a 64-bit upgrade service. These two companies remember very well the difficulties associated with the 16-bit to 32-bit upgrade and what a great opportunity it would be to offer a 64-bit upgrade service built around MigraTEC?s automated technology.

The status of the relationships we have with our strategic partners as of August 20, 1999 is as follows:

EDS: The first week of September we will be installing the 64-bit upgrade tool for EDS at their factory in Plano, Texas. We will train members of their Y2K factory to use our tool in preparation for 2 pilot projects that they have committed to produce. If we are successful with the pilots, we anticipate that EDS will begin offering this service directly to their customers.

IBM Global Services: We will be demonstrating our 64-bit upgrade tool on September 1, 1999 to the Technology Integration Group. This business unit had oversight for the Transformation 2000 Solutions Group that provided Y2K solutions worldwide. IBM recognizes that they have a tremendous opportunity to leverage their existing Y2K infrastructures as well as the knowledge of their customers? technical infrastructures by providing server consolidation and 64-bit upgrade services.

KPMG: KPMG is familiar with MigraTEC's Y2K products. KPMG is managing a Y2K inspection tool evaluation process for a fortune 100 company and has recommended that it license MigraTEC?s product. The KPMG office in Atlanta has begun informing other KPMG offices of the feature function benefits of the Migratec Y2K inspection tool. KPMG has requested presentations and demonstrations of our 64-bit upgrade tool. This activity will be scheduled in the near future.

Ernst & Young: E&Y has already announced a 64-bit upgrade service. It is a manual process that could be vastly improved from both a quality and productivity point of view with the addition of automation. We are in the process of scheduling a demonstration of our 64-bit upgrade tool to the E&Y Technologies group out of Virginia. This activity is being sponsored and facilitated by a Partner within the Dallas Office of E&Y.

The following is a list of other "delivery companies" who have been introduced to MigraTEC's technology and are in different stages of evaluation and/or implementation:

Metamor Worldwide
Computer Horizons
Hewlett Packard Professional Services
Cambridge Technologies
Oracle Corporation, Migration Technology Group
Align Solutions, Inc.
Affiliated Computer Systems
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this information. We?re continuing to expand our sales and marketing efforts into various channels. As we work to develop those efforts we?ll be sure to keep you informed.

Larry
