kash,
I wouldn't go as far as to leave my portfolio in the hands of a monkey<g>, but as far as I'm concerned, those who spend their efforts on the minutia run the risk of missing the big picture contemplating the esoteric and missing investment opportunities.
Now, before anyone jumps on me, I realize that RMBS performance isn't exactly "minutia", but I agree with unclewest, DaveB, and the rest that are placing their bets with INTC, DELL, SONY, et al. who STILL are supporting RDRAM.
With all due respect to Bilow and Dan3, I think INTC knows the strengths and limitations of RDRAM. And to say that they were somehow "snookered" by a slide show is truly laughable. What remains to be seen is how the market will respond to the performance gains that RMBS provides as the new applications are developed..

<edit> I retract the first sentence, come to think of it at one time I think I did put my portfolio in the hands of a monkey....I fired that primate and decided to do it myself! |
