Pyng Medical Corp. and Biomedix Corp. enter into Distribution Agreement.

Pyng Technologies Corp. is pleased to announce that subsidiary Pyng Medical Corp. has entered into a Canadian Distribution Agreement with Biomedix Corp. a subsidiary of Healix Corp.

Healix Corp. and Biomedix Corp. are controlled by Dr. Carl Mazur and Dr. Paul Niu and have their head office in Richmond, British Columbia.

Pyng Medical Corp. and Biomedix Corp. have entered into a performance based distribution agreement for the F.A.S.T.1 System for Adult Intraosseous Infusion in Canada.
The agreement calls for Biomedix Corp. to distribute a minimum 12,600 units of the F.A.S.T.1 System over a 24-month period in the Canadian marketplace.

Pyng Medical Corp. and Biomedix Corp. will collectively work to enhance the market awareness of the F.A.S.T.1 System in the pre-hospital and emergency hospital environment.
Biomedix Corp. will be responsible for providing reasonable financial resources, and personnel to sell, advertise, and promote the sale and use of the F.A.S.T.1 System and its training products in its Canadian Territory. Biomedix Corp. will start the marketing of the F.A.S.T.1 System immediately and will work with Pyng Medical Corp. to schedule deliveries of product as the production schedule permits.

Pyng Medical Corp. has recently announced a production contract for the F.A.S.T.1 System with Comptec International Corp. and is now negotiating and solidifying distribution agreements in Canada and the USA for the product.
