.25 and .18. The Dixon Product was dumb shrunk and implemented as the first .18 product, released earlier this year.

The dumb shrink version's Fmax at 400MHz caused quite a stir on this thread, as in, "that's not very fast for .18".

Well, no it isn't. There is a design / process interaction that limited Fmax on the product. Again, this is a dumb shrink.

I will let you guess what the limiter is. Pretty basic.

The Quick Shrink Dixon on .18 was intended to a) kick the tires on .18, and b) viable .18 Mobile revenue generator.
