So beautiful. Here's a simple EZ recipe 4U "If You Try Sometime, You Just Might Find" goes nice with bbq poultry it's surprisingly sweet & moistens that dry brown rice so nice... saute' a couple chopped RED bell peppers in clarified butter and wine, then throw it all hot on top of almost-cooked rice then cover it again quickly. Don't bother stirring it til it's time to fluff the rice and cover to set aside for serving.
