TWY - Re: "Could you please remind me what the INTEL "Dixon":process
is again. thanks, "

Dixon is a DEVICE code name - NOT a Process.

The original DIXON was a Pentium II, 0.25 micron, with 256K on-CHip L2 cache - essentially a Celeron with double the size of the Celeron's 128K on-chip L2 cache.

The DIXON QS was a "quick shrink" of the original Dixon to the 0.18 micron process but using the original layout and only 5 metal layers.

Both the Dixon and the DIXON QS were sold into the Mobile Pentium II market segment as Pentium II PE's.
