Retek now coming public! I believe Retek mgmt. was disappointed that they went the acquisition route (vs. the IPO route) and then HNCS stock did nothing. Regardless, they must have some nice looking quarters ahead because companies know they can't come public and then blow the first or second quarter out of the box.

All HNCS shareholders will receive Retek shares 6 months after the spinout (per SEC rules).
