Hi Tim and Board, The underwriters for the Rambus IPO are Morgan Stanley, Hambretch & Quist, and Robertson, Stevens. When I called MS two weeks ago, they said the IPO was set for the week of April 28. I have requested the prospectus, but have not recieved it. As you know, these things will be delayed if the underwriters don't think the market conditions are favorable. Best Trading, X
