Still here...not a happy camper...still waiting for CB merger to close...wondering if ricktanners.com is ever gonna happen... I noticed in the last Edgar filing that Tanner's sold the Tezel Road property in Texas (old Harvest property) for $385K, and that they have since sold one of the company-owned Tanner's stores to a franchisee. Thus, the store count is 8 company-owned Tanners, 2 franchised Tanners, and Crabby Bob's Woodstock, which Tanners operates under a franchise agreement. (until the merger closes...) Keep the light on...we might need it to dig ourselves out of this hole.
