Yes, I went about 15 years ago, and it was much more dignified around Walden, and in town. I especially enjoyed touring Emerson's house. His second wife is supposed to be a distant relative of my wife, although I do not know how well attested it is. I saw a silhouette of her, and it was spooky, there was a similarity in profiles.....
