I too must surface from the SI "lurkers list" and offer my thanks to all of you. For months now I've read, listened and learned from many of you.

Thanks for your wisdom, insight and kind (& patient) words for many of us newcomers!

This thread is wonderful - sure hope it does not change after our jewel becomes better known.
