Why does everyone think that the transfer agent was let go? You have it wrong, the transfer agent let GIFS go. Of course GIFS is going to tell you that they dumped the transfer agent, but transfer agent's make money by sending certs out, paying stock dividend's etc. The transfer agent probably dumped GIFS because they couldn't deal with the crap Mike and Mohamed were and are still doing. Public companies have to follow certain rules, Mike and Mohamed don't seem to understand that. Why else would they have gone through 3 corporate attorney's since October and now a new transfer agent? My guess is the attorney's and transfer agent's can't play by Mike and Mohamed's rules, so they keep trying to find somebody who will.
