I would give the same deal SUNW got to
EMC & HWP & IBM & DELL & CPQ & HIT

$100 in sales over the next 3 years
gets 1.5m warrants on stock at the then
current price. If all warrants became vested,
Ancor would get minimum $600 in revenues over 3
years and $216m in cash. This would result in
9m share dilution of ANCR common.

The $216m in cash assumes the exercise price was $24
so it could well be above $216m were the then current
price above $24.

Any other ANCR longs feel this would be attractive?

Anyone feel BRCD might be inclined to change their
presumed attitude about this type of deal structure?
