I'm embarrassed to look at a kitty's uhm uhm.....nether regions. I've just been talking to the City Cops about my Van, which is parked off the road in my driveway. They inform me that even if it runs, and is not driven every two to three days, I must put a tarp over it. I am really pissed off about this. I am demanding to have a superior tell me that. If he repeats it, I want to see the ordinance.
