I think CWEI like many domestic oil and gas companies is unreasonably oversold. But I was surprised to see today that two company execs, LP Latham and JP Riggs sold out nearly their entire holdings of the company in late February at prices barely over 13.

I don't normally pay attention to insider sales but this occurred at a time where many oil company execs are actively buying their shares on the open market. See Wall Street Journal yesterday.

Any thoughts?
