heinz, I would add that these 30 or so stocks carry the market in both directions. The liquidity of these super-cap stocks make them the first to go in a selloff, which may also explain how this market seems to turn on a dime lately. Unfortunately, I get the sense that they drag smaller stocks down more quickly than they drag them up.
