Ron,

I understand your disappointment but I have to say the timing could not have been better, these guys are sharks!... Management wants to own everything and need the capital to let it function by the corp. plan.

I feel there is more to come, I mean why do this before we retest new highs in the 30's, this tells me there is more than meets the eye. Many times this is not always the case but (PRTL) management is on the right track or they would not have many many rec's. as strong buys.
