The price does reflect the split; I don't know about any stock dividend. I remember asking the stupid question, "Why the big drop?" on this thread right after the split. I believe all the cables are in the doldrums due to uncertainty over the decision in Portland mandating accessibility of all ISP's to the local cable and not just Excite@ Home. I'm not really sure why this necessarily would hurt the cable companies if they charged the ISP's for use. But we really can't blame it on being an old industry because their internet presence is huge. Who knows?
