When I checked after 12 EST barely more than 100,000 shares traded. That's
the lowest ammount that I have ever noticed at that time. I get to work
at 9 on the west coast and then I check the price. Usually more than
half the volume comes in the morning and it's at least a few hundred
thousand shares. When I saw that I was surprised but low volume is generally
followed by a move in this stock so I thought it would drop since
the last couple times the moves were up. I was surprised by how far it
dropped, but after checking the board I thought it was purely technical.
It did that last summer too. I hope I'm right. With high put volume at
22.5 and also at 25 I don't think the MM are going to let it go down further.
Hopefully we'll have a strong up move on high volume tomorrow. I think
Cube may respond when the stock tests the bottom like this. An announcement
often follows. This would be a good time to hear about some fancy new chip.
I wonder if people somehow know when the releases are coming and they
try to drive the stock down in advance? If there's no good news I think
the stock will go back up a point or two and hold around 25
or 26. It could make another drop though. It would have been better if
there was more time for the stock to recover. I think it would have if it
had another fifteen minutes. Let's hope I'm right.
