Terry, The release contains the details of the bookkeeping entries for the major holders, and thus I don't see any NEW information, with the possible exception of the escrow agreement covering 50% of the shares held by the major holders. All the information presented is consistent with the data contained in the Information Circular dated June 18, 1999. Next up, I guess is an announcement for the new share issue via First Marathon for up to $10mm CDN in units of shares and warrants. The Information Circular indicated that the Company had used up much of its operating line of credit.
