Yes, I was in before any sign of the second run-up. (Remember it ran up last fall when it was supposed to first be released from Chapter 11.) Last fall, CWRC started to move about 2-3 days before the court date. All I did was apply what I'd seen last fall to my knowledge of what was going on with HOPR/CWRC and the Chapter 11 proceedings. You can't honestly say that this stock moved without anyone knowing a thing. You know as well as I about all the discussion about CWRC being released from Chapter 11. Given the prior decisions by the judge, one could make a fairly educated guess that CWRC would be released... the only question was the timing. I was willing to wait and hold. I was rewarded for my patience (which really wasn't all that long a wait, frankly). I'm still holding my HOPR stock (and probably will for the longer term as I don't consider it a short-term play like I did CWRC).
