<<Question for you...Since Me and My group of kids were the only ones ever to sell cards to the public and we have a pretty good Idea who and what age the buyers of those cards are, Wouldnt you think the company would have been interested in that information?....Nobody there could care less and we were never even asked who was buying the cards....>>
Sam, maybe you haven't insulted them enough. Maybe your insults weren't vile enough. Maybe you haven't threatened them with enough lawsuits. I'm sure they want your opinion; they probably just didn't realize how willing you are to help. They probable just settled for help from Lifetime Learning with their 70 years experience in the business as a compromise. When they hear you are available to help, I'm sure they will dump LL in a millisecond. <<In LL deal,What age groups are getting in to this and do they sell the cards and collect the money or are the cards sold and the money sent in before the cards are distributed?>> Sam, since you have personal experience handling and selling the cards, you of course realize that the code on the back of the card is what is unique, distinguishable, valuable, and stealable about the cards. Thus, the company cannot let the cards go without receiving the money for them. This is a customary way to do business in school fundraisers, and TSIG followed Lifetime Learning's recommendations on this issue. Regards, Suzanne
