Brian, an interface to let e-commerce and brick-and-mortar firms offer customer support via IM. Is this B2B??? There's no reason it couldn't be used as B2B and B2C. It doesn't matter whether the customer being "supported" is a business customer or a consumer. --Mike Buckley
