My guess is that this stock will open at about $1.00 and move upwards. I think you'll do well if you can accumulate it at below $1.00. I don't think it will trade for another 4 weeks or so (going on the timing of the VSE in previous transactions of this type).

If the news / results from De Beers continues to be encouraging I think the stock will open between $1.50 and $2.00.

Should be exciting.
