On Sept. 9, 1999, Rock Resources Inc. signed a contract with City of London
Public Relations Ltd., the specialist mining and natural resources financial public
relations subsidiary of City of London PR Group plc, a London Stock Exchange
listed company. Rock Resources is confident that City of London PR will make
timely contact with Rock's European shareholders and investors by supplying
information about Rock's background and present activities and by handling most
European investor enquiries.
Formed in 1971, City of London PR became a public company on the London
Stock Exchange in 1988. Their executives have journalistic experience as well as
technical qualifications. Rock considers both to be important in providing the best
possible investor relations advice for Rock.
The term of the agreement is one year with payment of 9,500 pounds sterling in
advance and a further payment of 9,000 pounds sterling in six months. Funds are
being provided from general working capital. Prior to this agreement, no
relationship existed between the two parties. City of London PR Group plc has no
interest, directly or indirectly, in Rock Resources Inc, or its securities, or any right
or intent to acquire such an interest.
