My understanding re: the share price...would be based on current market price. I will call and ask on Monday to be sure.
One thing I should add is when I questioned why there has not been much happening I was told that Sinclair has been consumed with the deals he is working on and it was suggested to me that he had not been promoting Georgian as much as he should. But I think he knows now he has to promote this as well.
