John and All: I've been reviewing the LargoVista web site and reading posts in consideration of investing in the company. The potential for growth is apparent. I also note that there are about 180 million shares outstanding (200 million authorized), and that the company netted a very minor profit for 1998. In the 1997 financial statement, the auditor points out the substantial indebtedness, and warns whether the company can continue as a going concern. Up-to-date financial statements are apparently not yet published. It is possible that I am missing something. How do investors who favor this company accommodate the above information? I appreciate any comments or further information. Steve
